As CEO of Rx Medical , one of the things that gives me the greatest sense of pride isn’t simply how much our organization continues to grow. It’s the people who make that growth possible and the way they show up for one another. This month, we hosted two Career & Networking Mixers in Oklahoma City and Dallas–Fort Worth, bringing together professionals interested in exploring career opportunities within our organization and the exciting, ever-evolving healthcare industry. What stood out to me about these events wasn’t just the opportunity to meet talented professionals who may become part of our future. It was watching people from across our organization come together to support a shared initiative.
From executive leadership and HR to sales, operations, and other departments within our organization, our employees invested time to welcome guests, share their experiences, answer questions, and offer firsthand what it means to be part of RX Medical. That kind of involvement says a great deal about our culture. We talk about the RX Standard and the importance of how we show up. To me, those standards aren’t simply expectations we communicate. They’re reflected in how we treat people, support one another, take ownership of our responsibilities, and represent our organization.
At RX Medical, the RX Standard is more than a set of expectations. It reflects how we show up, how we treat others, and the accountability we bring to our work every day. Our culture reflects what we value—and reveals where we have opportunities to improve. These standards help guide our decisions, strengthen our relationships, and shape the organization we’re continuing to build.
As we continue to grow, attracting talented professionals is important. Equally important is maintaining a culture where people are proud of the organization they represent and invested in its future. I’m grateful for every member of our team who contributes to that success, whether they’re welcoming potential new colleagues at a networking event or serving our healthcare partners and customers every day.
Our growth creates opportunities. Our people make those opportunities possible. And that’s something I’ll never take for granted.
